Every outlet's numbers, reconciled and closed on time. Every store's margin, in view.
We run the finance and accounting behind your outlets: daily sales reconciliation, supplier payments, outlet-level P&L, month-end close and statutory filing in every market you trade in. You keep the sign-off, the cash controls and the board-ready numbers. StoreX gives you the live, per-outlet view on top, and we start on a pilot cluster, over the POS and ERP you already run.
- 99%accuracy
- ~40%lower back-office cost
- 50+countries served
The standard we hold, on two outlets or two hundred.
The same back-office discipline runs behind a single flagship and a fast-growing chain. Here is what we measure and report back to you each month.
These are the group-wide figures we hold across Finance, Payroll and Compliance for 1,000+ clients in 50+ countries, over 25 years. Each is measured monthly and shown in your dashboard, so you can check them rather than take them on faith.
One more outlet is never just one more P&L.
Open a store and you add a P&L, a POS feed, a bank account, a stack of supplier invoices and a fresh set of filings. Do it thirty times and the work doesn't add up, it compounds, until you can't easily tell which outlets are carrying the ones quietly losing money.
Reconciliation you can't keep up with. Every outlet's till has to tie to its bank deposits and then to the books, every single day. Fall a few days behind across a few dozen stores and month-end becomes a scramble instead of a close.
Margin you only see in the rear-view mirror. By the time the consolidated P&L lands, the month is gone. You learn which outlets bled margin after the point where you could have done anything about it.
Compliance that multiplies by location. Every state, and every country, adds its own taxes, returns and deadlines. One missed submission in one city turns into a penalty and a question you have to answer later.
This is the work we take on: not a tool for your team to run, but the running itself, outlet by outlet, with the numbers staying yours to check and to sign.
Finance first. The books behind every outlet.
Finance and accounting is the wedge and the backbone. We take the daily, repetitive, deadline-bound work off your team, from the till to the trial balance, and answer for the result. StoreX and the wider MYND stack sit on top of it.
Daily sales reconciliation. The heartbeat of a chain. We tie each outlet's till to its bank deposits and then to the books, every day, so month-end is a formality, not a fire drill.
Accounts payable & supplier payments. 80%+ of invoices processed touchless and three-way matched, with maker-checker on every payment and independent verification of any bank-detail change before money moves.
Outlet-level P&L & month-end close. A clean P&L per store on a fixed calendar, consolidated for the group, with inter-company entries and franchise royalties handled the same way each cycle.
Statutory compliance, per location. GST, TDS and PF-ESI-PT across Indian states, and local indirect tax, e-invoicing and returns in each overseas market you trade in, filed on a calendar.
Store payroll & workforce admin. Shift and hourly staff across states and countries paid accurately and on time, with statutory contributions calculated, remitted and filed.
StoreX: which stores carry the chain, and which lean on it.
StoreX is the live, per-outlet view that comes with the managed service. It is drawn from the same books we reconcile for you, so you see each outlet's sales, margin and exceptions as they happen, in your currency and under your brand, not a generic demo. It is included with the F&A engagement, not a separate product to buy or run.
Per-outlet P&L, kept current. Sales, cost of goods, labour and margin for every store, refreshed as we post, so you are not waiting for the consolidated report to learn what already happened.
Exceptions surfaced early. The outlet with a margin slip or an unreconciled day is flagged the day it happens, so you can ask why while it still matters, instead of at the quarter's end.
Your data, your view. Role-based access for area managers, finance and the board, each seeing the outlets they own, with the same numbers we file and you sign.
StoreX shows what we already do for you. The reconciliation, the filing and the accountability sit with the managed service; the view simply makes them visible, outlet by outlet, before the month closes.
You hand over the work, not the authority.
Handing a chain's finance to a partner should never mean losing the ability to see the risk, challenge a number and defend it to your board or auditors. Here is exactly who holds what.
The work, and the accountability for it
The judgment, and the final say
We operate inside your controls, not around them.
Compliant in every market your outlets open in.
A chain rarely stays in one tax regime for long. We keep filing right as you cross state and national borders, in India and across the 50+ countries we serve, and we bring in vetted local partners where a market needs in-country submission.
India, state by state. GST and e-invoicing, TDS, PF-ESI and professional tax, and labour-law compliance across central and state acts, filed on a calendar.
Malaysia. Billing in MYR, SST and LHDN e-invoicing handled to the thresholds that apply, aligned to MFRS reporting.
UAE & the Middle East. VAT and corporate-tax filing across the GCC, with each market's e-invoicing and Zakat obligations handled in local currency.
As your footprint grows. Across the 50+ countries we serve, including Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, we set up billing currency, indirect tax and statutory filing per market, with local compliance partners where in-country submission is required.
Start on a cluster of outlets, not the whole chain.
We prove it on a handful of your stores before you rely on us for any of them. No rip-and-replace and no big-bang cutover: we run alongside your current process until the numbers match twice, then add outlets in waves.
Diagnose, and you keep the findings
We map how your outlets run today: the POS and ERP, the reconciliation gaps, the filings and where margin goes dark. The diagnostic is yours to keep, whether or not we go further.
Pilot a cluster
We take a small group of outlets end to end and stand up the StoreX view, typically live in two to three weeks.
Run in parallel
We reconcile and file alongside your team until you see identical results twice. Cutover becomes a decision you make, not a risk you take.
Scale in waves
We add outlets group by group. A full multi-outlet rollout with integrations typically lands in six to twelve weeks.
Built for multi-outlet operators, in every store format.
Whatever your outlets sell, the back-office shape is the same: many locations, daily takings, thin margins and multiplying compliance. We run it for chains and franchises across 30+ industries.

The math gets better as you grow, not worse.
Most back-offices cost more per outlet as a chain grows. Handing the work to one accountable partner reverses that: you standardise once, and every new store rides the same machine. Typical operators see about 40% lower back-office cost when we own the work end to end, and accuracy holds at 99%.
We get very effective all-round support from MYND, which has helped us run smooth AP and AR operations across the organization.
From an enterprise whose payables and receivables we run. Outcomes you're welcome to check for yourself.
Store back-office FAQs.
The questions multi-outlet operators actually ask, about cost, control, systems and speed.
Still have questions? Talk to usDo you work across many outlets, and does more locations mean more cost per store?
We are built for multi-outlet operators. Each store adds a P&L, a POS feed, a set of suppliers and its own filings; we standardise that work so cost per outlet falls as you scale rather than rises. Typical operators see about 40% lower back-office cost when we take the work end to end.
Do we have to replace our POS or ERP to work with MYND?
No rip-and-replace. We connect to the POS, ERP and banking systems you already run and reconcile against them. StoreX sits on top as a view, so you keep your existing stack.
What is StoreX, and is it a separate product we have to buy?
StoreX is the live per-outlet view that comes with the managed service. It shows the numbers we are already reconciling for you, outlet by outlet, so you can see which stores are performing before month-end. It is included with the F&A engagement, not a separate purchase.
We operate in more than one country. Can you handle local billing and compliance?
Yes. We deliver across 50+ countries, including India, Malaysia and the UAE and wider Middle East. Filing, billing currency and statutory requirements are handled per market, with local compliance partners where a market requires on-the-ground submission.
How fast can you take on a new outlet or a new chain?
We start on a pilot cluster of outlets and run in parallel with your current process before any cutover. Basic scope can be live in 2 to 3 weeks per cluster; a full multi-outlet rollout with integrations typically takes 6 to 12 weeks, added store by store.
If you run the books, do we lose control of our outlet numbers?
No. We carry the processing, reconciliation and filing and the accountability for them. You keep payment-release rights, materiality thresholds and final sign-off on outlet and board-facing numbers. We operate inside your controls, with a full audit trail.
How do you protect our financial and outlet data?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with 256-bit encryption, with MFA, role-based access, complete audit trails and regular penetration testing. We hold ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, are SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 audited, and comply with India's DPDP Act. Every certificate is verifiable in our Trust Center.
Start with a pilot, not the whole chain.
Pick a handful of outlets you'd like to hand over. We'll run a free diagnostic on how they're managed today, show you the accuracy and cost gap, and prove it on a pilot before you rely on us for anything.
The diagnostic is yours to keep. No obligation, and we start on a pilot cluster before anything moves.
Your stores' back-office, run by one accountable partner.
Reconciliation, payables, outlet P&L, close and compliance, run end to end, with StoreX giving you the live view and the numbers staying yours to sign. Start on a pilot cluster and see it work before you scale.
