Dates are derived from the recurrence recorded against each obligation. A monthly obligation repeats on the same day every month, and one that falls on a month end moves with the length of the month, so 30 June becomes 31 July and 28 February. Where a due date lands on a weekend or a declared holiday, the operative deadline may shift under the relevant statute.
This calendar is published for general guidance and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Applicability varies by headcount, entity type, registration and state. Please confirm your specific obligations with your advisor or with our team before you act on any date shown here.
Across 10 central and state jurisdictions, these are the acts whose recurring filings, remittances and register obligations sit on the calendar above.

A date on a calendar is a reminder. What regulators ask for is the filing, the challan, the register and the acknowledgement. We run payroll, labour and vendor compliance end to end for 1,000+ enterprises, and make it provable the day it is questioned.
Every statutory deduction, remittance and return that rides on payroll, reconciled to the register before it is filed.
Registrations, registers, returns and inspections under central and state labour, industrial and employment law.
The principal-employer risk that sits with you, verified and closed before a contractor invoice is cleared.
India's central labour legislation is consolidating into four codes. The dates on this calendar will move with them, and so will the definitions underneath your payroll.
A single statutory definition of wages that now drives basic pay, PF, gratuity and bonus. We remodel salary structures so the change does not inflate cost or break compliance.
Broader coverage, including gratuity for fixed-term employees and new provisions for gig and platform workers. We map who becomes eligible and adjust contributions.
New rules on standing orders, notice periods and worker classification. We update your policies and registers to match.
Consolidated rules on working hours, leave, and health and safety returns. We align attendance, leave and filings.
The work is in the evidence: the challans, the returns, the registers, the state-by-state variations, and the audit trail that proves it all happened on time. That is the part we run for over 1,000 clients across 50+ countries.
