29 labour laws, consolidated into four codes.

India has brought 29 central labour laws together into four codes, now taking effect. They redefine what counts as 'wages', widen social security coverage including PF, ESI and gratuity, and reset the rules on working hours, leave and returns. As the codes and their state rules roll out, your payroll and policies have to move with them, and we keep you current.

Who is liable if a statutory filing is missed?
