MyMynd Talks

Where shy voices become confident speakers

How It All Started

MyMynd Talks began with a simple idea and a clear goal.

In April, at our Udyog Vihar office (Plot No. 280), two colleagues had an important conversation. Ajay Gupta (Head of F&A Enterprise Solutions) and Sabarna (HR Business Partner) were discussing team rewards. During that chat, a new idea was born – MyMynd Talks.

The Goal

The purpose was simple: Help people speak up with confidence in team meetings and client calls.

The Journey

The program started with the QSR_SMB team. In the beginning, many people felt nervous to speak.

Sessions were held on the ground floor. People first spoke in Hindi to feel comfortable. Slowly, English was added. Step by step, participants started speaking more freely.

Soon, the Zetwerk teams also joined. Over time, MyMynd Talks became something people looked forward to.

What changed:

  • People started signing up on their own
  • They came prepared with topics to speak about
  • They spoke without fear or hesitation

Something special happened – Even new employees, within their first month of joining, started coming forward to present. This showed how safe and supportive the platform had become.

Where We Are Today

MyMynd Talks has now completed 9 rounds of sessions. More people are joining, and everyone is more involved than before.

What participants are saying:

  • They feel more confident talking to clients
  • Team discussions have improved
  • They feel more ownership over their work

The People Behind It

This program is looked after by Sabarna, with strong support from leaders:

  • Ajay Gupta
  • Gaurav Arora
  • Hardeep Sidana

Their belief in people’s ability to grow has turned a small idea into a movement that is changing our work culture.

In Simple Words

MyMynd Talks is a place where fear turns into confidence, and quiet people find their voice.
