A Stage for Teams to Shine
What is Garv Manch?
Garv Manch is a special event where teams get to meet the CEO and senior leaders of MYND. It gives teams a chance to:
- Show their work – Present projects and efforts they are proud of
- Celebrate success – Get recognition for things done well
- Connect with company goals – Understand how their work helps MYND grow
Each session lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. Teams talk directly with the leadership, share their wins, and discuss how their work fits into MYND’s future plans.

We held three Garv Manch sessions this quarter. Each one focused on a different team and their achievements.

MYND CloudPay Team
The second session put the spotlight on the MYND CloudPay team. They were recognised for their strong contribution to the business and their excellent relationships with clients.
