When we started MYND twenty years ago, the back office was seen as a necessary cost. Something businesses had to deal with. Run payroll. File taxes. Pay vendors. Balance the books. Keep things running.
After years of building, running, and scaling back-office functions for enterprises across industries and countries, I see it very differently.
The back office is one of the most underused assets in any growing organisation. When it is designed well, it helps leaders make better decisions, strengthens compliance, improves stability, and creates space for growth. When it is ignored, it quietly slows the business down and increases risk. We have seen this many times as MYND has grown in India and across global markets, supporting organisations as they entered new regions, added complexity, and needed more dependable operations.
This experience has shaped how we think. The back office is not something you outsource and forget. It is something you design with care and keep improving over time.
Over the last decade, MYND has grown into a trusted partner for enterprises. In recent years, as we expanded across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other markets, this belief has only grown stronger. Scale exposes weaknesses in operations. It also rewards organisations that invest early in strong foundations.
MYND Talk is our way of sharing this journey. It is for Myndfullers, client partners, and anyone interested in how modern businesses are rethinking operations. Every quarter, we will share what we are building, why we are building it, and what it means for the organisations we work with.

Through what we call the Rhythm of Growth, MYND is reshaping itself. We are moving from being a services company that uses technology to a technology-led organisation that delivers services at scale. So is our focus on bringing finance, accounting, HR, payroll, and compliance into one connected back-office system.
