Leadership Role Changes

To support our growth plans, some of our senior leaders are taking on new responsibilities alongside their current roles.

Sachin Goklaney

Current Role: Chief Business Officer, IBD
Additional Role: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

He will now also lead efforts to find new business opportunities and drive company growth.

Saurabh Ganeriwala

Current Role: Chief Business Officer, MyndX & Group CTO
New Role: Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO)

He will now also oversee day-to-day business operations across the company.

Nishikant Rai

Current Role: Chief Finance Officer
Additional Role: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

He will now also manage risks that could affect the business.

Sridevi RK

Previous Role: SVP, International Business & Alliances
New Role: Chief of Staff (CoS)

She moves into a new role where she will support the leadership team in planning and coordination.

These leaders will work closely together to take the company forward.

Krishna Prasad

New Role: Chief Sales Officer – India (Enterprise HR SSC & RC)

He has been a key reason for growth in this division. He now takes on bigger responsibilities.

Gaurav Arora

New Role: COO – Enterprise F&A Solutions & SSC (India and International)

With more than 23 years of experience in Finance and Accounting solutions, he will now lead the entire Enterprise F&A vertical.
