What is Base Camp 1?

Base Camp 1 was a two-day training programme for MYND leaders. The goal was to help them grow their skills so they can lead better as the company grows bigger.

Leaders from different teams came together to learn, share ideas, and work as one team.

Leaders from different departments learned to work with each other. Group activities and open talks helped break down walls between teams.

Thinking as One Team

All leaders got on the same page about company goals and future plans. Everyone now understands what MYND wants to achieve and how to get there.

The programme helped leaders build the right mindset and skills to handle growth and change in the coming years.

A Special Setting The historic Neemrana Fort gave everyone a chance to step away from daily work and focus fully on learning.
