What is Garv Manch?

Garv Manch is a special event where different teams at MYND get a chance to:

• Show what they have been working on
• Share their achievements
• Talk about what makes them proud

Each session lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. Teams meet directly with the CEO and senior leaders. They discuss how their work helps MYND grow and succeed.

We held three Garv Manch sessions this quarter. Each one featured a different team and their achievements.

Talent Acquisition Team

The first Garv Manch session was with the Talent Acquisition team. This is the team that hires new people for MYND. They shared how they are making hiring faster and better.

What They Achieved:

Using Hunar AI for Hiring The team now uses an AI tool to find candidates. This has made the process quicker and helped them find better people for jobs.

Partnership with MentorKart They have joined hands with MentorKart to find candidates who are already trained and ready to work. These candidates have good skills and can communicate well.

Better Screening Process The team improved how they check if a candidate is right for a job. This means new hires stay longer and fit better in their roles.
