Our Overall Score: 70 out of 100

We asked our clients one simple question: “Would you tell others to work with us?”

This type of survey is called a Net Promoter Score (NPS). It shows how happy customers are and if they would suggest our services to friends or business partners.

A score of 70 is considered excellent. It means most of our clients are happy and would recommend us to others. But we wanted to look deeper and see how each team is doing.

What Do These Numbers Mean?

Flexi Staffing scored 97 – This is almost perfect! It shows the team works very hard to keep clients happy.

AAPT scored 86 – Another great result that shows strong client relationships.

Enterprise Solutions teams scored in the 70s – All these teams are doing well and clients trust them.

Regulatory Compliances scored 63 – This is still a good score, but it shows we have room to do better. We are already taking steps to improve how we communicate and respond to clients in this area.

This score is not just a number. It comes from thousands of small moments – every call, every email, every problem solved. Every team member at MYND plays a part in making clients happy.
