He has been involved in creating specialized service delivery models suitable for diverse client needs and has always created a new benchmark for Mynd and its team. Under his leadership, Mynd has developed niche products and implemented them on an all India scale for superior services. Mynd has been servicing a large number of multinational companies in India through its on-shore and off-shore model.
TReDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System) has been nurtured from a concept stage by Sundeep and the Mynd team. M1 Exchange, Mynd Online National Exchange for Receivables was successfully launched on April 7th, 2017. While spearheading the project, Sundeep and his team have built up the TReDS platform to meet RBI guidelines and enhance the transparency for all stakeholders. This platform and related service has the capability of transforming the way the receivable finance and other supply chain finance solutions are operating currently.
Sundeep is currently focused on providing strategic direction to the company and is working towards achieving high growth for Mynd, which will help in creating the products as per customer needs and increase its top line while maintaining the bottom line. He directly involves, develops, nurtures and manages all key client relationships of Mynd. He has also successfully acquired numerous preferred partners to support Mynd’s technology-based endeavors and scale up its business.
Sundeep has been the on the Board of Directors for many renowned companies. He has played a key role in planning the entry strategy and has set up subsidiaries for many multinational companies in India. In his leadership, Mynd has seen consistent growth at the rate of 20+ % CAGR from the year 2009 onwards. This was primarily because of investing into technology and bringing platform based offering in Accounting and HR domain for the customers.
Vivek is the co-founder of Mynd Solutions. He is a successful entrepreneur with a strong background in Accounts and Finance. Vivek has over 15 years of experience in setting up shared service centers in the HR and F&A space, with 3 years in consulting and 12 years in outsourcing functions, serving companies in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Services, and Telecom industries. At Mynd, Vivek is responsible for overall operations and strategy, leading a team of more than 1100 employees. His strong industry focus and client relationships have enabled the Company to build credibility with 200+ clients in a short period of time. Mynd has also developed a niche in the international HR space, offering multi country services on a single platform under his leadership. Vivek has been instrumental in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with other service providers that has immensely benefited Mynd.
He also leads the information technology at Mynd and has been instrumental in creating a automation culture within the organisation. Today all services in HR and FAO are automated with Mynd proprietary platforms and also integrations with some partner products. Mynd has also forayed into the IT product space creating products for various solutions in tracking and compliance areas. Mynd is also foraying into a niche Fintech space with the set up of the M1 Exchange under the auspices of the RBI licence granted to only 3 companies across India. The exchange is set to change the traditional field of bill discounting by bringing the entire process online along with participation of banks through online auctioning
With over 25 Years of diversified experience in the Finance domain, Amarendran is a seasoned professional with global commercial experience specializing in Telecom, Mining, Manufacturing, Software, Distribution and Corporate Function, including Controllership for Indian and Global Conglomerates.
In one of his previous assignments, Amarendran was associated with Griffin Coal Mining Company limited, an acquisition of Lanco Infratech Limited, based at Perth, Western Australia, as Director–Commercial where he was responsible for managing Finance and Commercial leadership to port expansion project financing, commercial restructuring to add value and return to profitability. Prior to joining Mynd, he has worked with Indus Towers as VP Finance and Country Controller handling the overall responsibility of financial operations and Controllership functions.
Saurav is a seasoned finance and accounting outsourcing professional with hands-on diverse experience of more than 15 years in the overall management of finance operations of major domestic and global multinational companies in varied industries and sectors. His expertise includes proficiency in Accounting on SAP, ORACLE and GREAT PLANES. He has been associated with Mynd for almost a decade now and leads the finance and accounts outsourcing segment of the company.
Kaushik is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India + MBA Finance from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, with around 22 years of experience. He is currently VP- FAO Operations with Mynd Solutions, where he has been working for the last 6+ years. Prior to Mynd, Kaushik has worked with Hanway Ltd, London as Finance Manager; Chief Finance Controller with Big Leap Academy, Kolkata; with VLCC Personal Care as General Manager Finance & with IFB Industries as Regional Finance & Accounts Manager (North India).
Kaushik carries a Multi-Industry experience in both manufacturing & services sectors with hands-on exposure in consumer durables, FMCG, auto ancillary, education, Retail & financial services. His areas of specialization include Transactional Accounting, Controllership Functions, Finalization & Audits, Consolidation, Statutory Compliances, Strategic Planning & Budgeting & Building financials models for sensitivity analysis. He is/has served as director in few companies in both India & abroad as part of his engagement.
Ravdeep is a result-driven Senior HR professional with over 12 years of experience in conceptualizing, developing & implementing the people strategy, systems & teams in line with the Organizational Strategy. He has played the role of a HR Business Partner in diverse business environments from a large MNC to Start-ups with demonstrated abilities in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Organization Development & Talent Management. He has created strong synergies between Performance management & Employee Development platforms, thereby, ensuring there is a competent internal talent pool available to enable business consistently. Ravdeep is an active member of NHRDN and a management graduate in HRM from IMT, Ghaziabad. He is a regular participant and speaker of multiple HR Roundtables of different management forums such as IMA, MDI etc. He has held portfolio of HRD is several industry verticals from FMCG, BPO, and Education.
Dinesh has over 15 Years of experience in Compliances & benefit Administration for large manufacturing, Infrastructure, Telecom, IT and Healthcare companies. He is spearheading compliance administration at Mynd and handling over 60 large clients in varied Industry vertical.
Tamal possesses cross functional professional experience of 18 years+ in Business Operation, Information Technology (IT) and Human Resources (HR Operation) along with an educational background that includes an MCA and a Master degree in science. He has a strong subject matter expertise in end-to-end payroll processes including processing of expat salary. He is a result oriented professional, consistently striving to improve processes and increase efficiency. At Mynd, Tamal is responsible for the Payroll Management process business vertical.
